Mortgage Myths


Myth 1: A 15 year mortgage is a cheaper way to pay for my home than a 30 year mortgage.

Myth 2: If you have the money to pay cash for your home, you should always do so.

Myth 3: I should put down the largest down payment possible. (See Myth 2).

Myth 4: The fastest way to pay off my home is to make accelerated, or extra mortgage payments.
